Chadwick Boseman plays ‘The Godfather of Soul’ in this musical bio-drama that features vintage Pabst Blue Ribbon and Schlitz cans and bottles. There’s also a Budweiser neon and a fantastic Old South metal sign. Dan Aykroyd and Craig Robinson also abbeer.

Ghostbusters (1984)

Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis start up a supernatural spook removal service and Sigourney Weaver is their first customer. There’s plenty of Budweiser spotted and we also get a nice dashboard Michelob can. The “Budweiser Light’ bottle in fridge is a early version before they shortened it up to ‘Bud Light’.

Trading Places (1983)

‘Saturday Night Live’ alums Eddie Murphy and Dan Aykroyd both give excellent performances in this rags to riches comedy. We spy background Budweiser bow tie and Schlitz neons in the bar scene and there’s a Heineken sighting at the squash courts. It’s too bad we couldn’t get Randolph and Mortimer Duke draining beers.

John Candy and Dan Aykroyd star in this summer comedy that delivers us some great Wisconsin beers. We get Point bottles and signs, a beautiful Leinenkugel’s light and Annette Bening under a rare glowing Walter’s neon sign.

There’s excellent neon sightings including rare Rhinelander and Huber and we get the boys both going BTM (beer to mouth) with bottles of St Pauli Girl.
