This housing market bubble bursting bio-drama gives us some great Sapporo bottles and a colorful multi tapper with some beautiful handles. There’s also a waitress with Heineken & Amstel bottles and a background Coors Light neon sign.

Johnny Depp gives a memorable performance as Boston mobster Whitey Bulger in this crime drama. Budweiser cans are the beer of choice for co-stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Joel Edgerton. There are some great bar signs including Black Label, Pabst Blue Ribbon and Miller Lite & High Life. We also spot Guinness and Rolling Rock neons.

Superbowl X is the backdrop as Robert Shaw attempts to foil Bruce Dern from blowing up a blimp in a stadium full of people. Pittsburgh Steeler fans with Iron City cans on their hard hats is exceptional. We also get background Budweiser truck and tee shirt and a Coors drinking backseat blimp pilot.

Where’s Tonya Harding with a collapsible metal baton when you need her? Will Ferrell usually comes up big here at ‘Beers on Film’, but this figure skating film with a beerless Jon Heder let us down on many levels. Apparently actual beer companies were afraid to be associated with this flop as only a fictitious brand is spotted.

There are plenty of bottles of Rainier visible as bridge photographer Clint Eastwood woos the affections of housewife Meryl Streep. The love birds are also spotted canoodling with bottles of Schlitz under the glow of an Olympia neon sign at the bar which also features beautiful Blatz and Budweiser Clydesdales signs.

Jake Gyllenhaal was born without an immune system and must live life in a bubble. When he finally makes a portable bubble he heads to the store for some Orb Beer. Beetlejuice and The Original Bigfoot, wack-packers from ‘The Howard Stern Show’, abbeer with a forty of the fictious brew. Verne Troyer is also spotted.

Former N.F.L. star Fred “The Hammer” Williamson co-stars and has to deal with red neck cops as he tries to re-open his late brothers night club. There’s plenty of Schlitz bottles and signage to go along with solid Budweiser and Hamm’s placement.
